Highly recommend for a quick bite. Had very little time for lunch, and these guys made a pretty good bowl with juicy and tender chicken breast in no time! It was satisfying. Also tried the wrap, good taste, add the extra avocado. if you like big portions recommend the bowl as a better value though. Tried their smarfit cake, it tasted pretty good for a healthier choice, but it is pretty expensive

This place is amazing if you're into healthy eating! Yesterday, I ate here for the first time and ordered a protein bowl with grilled chicken that had a beautiful sear, incredible juiciness, and amazing flavor. It came with brown rice and veggies, mango guacamole, and sautéed zucchini and red onion. The presentation was flawless, and I paired it with a rich and creamy spicy mayo. Definitely coming back—impossible to resist!

Wow!!! I found this restaurant on the route of a road trip from Key Largo to the Tampa Bay area. Gorgeous healthy bowls with large portion of protein. The chicken breast was juicy, the vegetables were well-seasoned and fresh. The mango avocado sauce and sweet potato waffles fries were also unique and yummy. Everything was perfectly cooked. Plenty of low-calorie and paleo options, including sugar-free cakes! Service was excellent, too. They greeted me at the door right away and offered a sample of their probiotic frozen yogurt. A new fave. I will absolutely be back when I return to the Miami area!

I’m obsessed with this place! I LOVE the tuna poke bowl, everything is so fresh and delicious. I’ve come back 3 times just for this tuna poke bowl. Highly recommend for a healthy and fresh meal. It is on the pricy side but I think worth it.
